“Chambers”

The chambers of her heart scream madness

A feeling once enveloped by deep sadness.

The Lady at her Chamber waits,

Her tears forming river straits.

Once the suitor of her dreams

Is now the monster,

A beast who tears her heart

at it’s fragile seams.

The lady looks upon the hour,

Her cheeks white as flour

The sting of his lips

Turned her heart sour.
